Spring 09 will be all about bright colors, bold accessory pieces and being daring. I really like the very 80's/early 90's inspired one piece leotard paired with skinny jeans and a pair of hot leather boots, even the toe out style of boot is still too legit. I plan on purchasing a few leotards myself before Spring arrives. Remember to go for the more fun, the more colors, prints, designs & the more daring all around because the more options you have when trying to piece an outfit together the more fabulous the outcome will be.

When people hear of weight loss specifically exercise they invariable think of long hours in the gym surrounded by leotards, spandex and steroid muscle bound freaks. I can tell you that all of that is completely incorrect if that is what you think of a gym.
