So this is what celebs do prior to a big event, & in this case it was the Oscars. Shopping excursions just like us "non-celeb" folks out there... finding ourselves in a mall, boutique, online or warehouse right before a big event - and sometimes small - when we want to see and more importantly BE SEEN.
