My thoughts on Lauren Moshi

So today I took a trip to L.A. Market... and it was a looooong day but very beneficial nonetheless! We visited many showrooms...

Anywho... the last showroom we visited was living proof that it does NOT matter how great or bad your clothes are... as long as you can get a celebrity or a lot of press around your item or name... it's all a wrap from there. Now Lauren Moshi is an exception as I fully respect her because she truly does make wearable art as all of her shirts/dress/tanks/etc... are all her original hand drawings signature to her brand! I mean who can't respect that? HAND DRAWN! Regardless of her God-given talent of being able to draw supremely well, she has lucked up and had so much press behind her line that her success has sky-rocketed through the roof- but not necessarily for the right reasons. It sometimes irritates the ba-gee-bees out of me but I guess that's just the world we live in... as I sometimes say... 'life is hype- act accordingly.' It's a horrible but sad truth...
